Reviews and Ratings
We had such a wonderful experience at the lodge! The owners were incredibly welcoming, treating us like family from the moment we arrived. The surrounding forest added a beautiful touch to our stay, especially with the snowfall. There was a great hot tub to relax in after skiing. While the room was spacious and clean, we wished there were a few more dining options nearby for variety.
Our family had an amazing time at the lodge during our ski trip. The atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, and we enjoyed the various amenities, especially the pool and lounge areas. Although we faced some noise issues and a few hiccups with hot water, the overall experience was delightful. The location was excellent for exploring several ski resorts nearby, making it convenient for our family activities.
During my stay at Black River Lodge, I found it to be a comfortable place perfect for outdoor adventures. The rooms are spacious and clean, making for a relaxing environment. The lodge offers great amenities for families, which we enjoyed thoroughly. However, while the dining options were good, we had limited time to explore them since we found ourselves preferring to relax in the lodge instead of going out.
The resort has clean and spacious rooms, and I appreciated the comfortable ambiance. However, my experience was notably marred by the owner's attitude, which was quite unfriendly and dismissive. The noise from the bar was disruptive, and the service could definitely use improvement to enhance guest satisfaction.
I had a wonderful stay at this lodge, which offered clean and spacious accommodations, perfect for our family getaway. The location is fantastic, being close to nature and various attractions. However, the rooms require some climbing, and while the amenities are great, a few more modern touches wouldn't hurt. Overall, it's a cozy place for families looking to enjoy the outdoors and some quality time together.
